iVRy Driver for SteamVR

iVRy Driver for SteamVR

iVRy works, but i cant use Keyboard/Mouse input
So what I THINK is happening is that my monitor is showing my VR Content (SteamVR Home etc.) and it all works good with my Xbox 360 controller and is being mirrored to my PSVR, but that means that my actual desktop wont work (since the VR Content is just being MIRRORED to the PSVR). Evidence of this is when I try to view my Desktop within the SteamVR menu and it just looks like a long chain of what I can see (Kind of like the Droste Effect). Changing the options in Win+P does not help either, it is always mirroring it instead of having my Monitor and PSVR being two seperate displays. I can live with it, but I want to be able to use applications such as Virtual Desktop, and things that require a Keyboard and Mouse. The VR is set to extended mode and I am using Windows 10 2016 LTSB. :)

Edit: Forgot to mention, I only have 1 HDMI Port, could this be the reason why?

Ok I sent you an email with the TXT Files.

The files you've sent show everything working fine in "VR-Direct" mode and don't match your description at all. You also ran DxDiag with the PSVR turned off. Please follow the instructions.

Oops yeah, I forgot to mention that I changed it to VR-Direct while looking up a solution, but it still had the same effects and everything, i'll quickly grab another DxDiag TXT.

If you want support, you will need to explain what you are experiencing in more detail, you will also need to match the diagnostic files with your description (the vrserver.txt and vrcompositor.txt files are generated every time you start SteamVR). Omitting details and sending incorrect information wastes both of our time.

That's literally not possible in "VR-Direct" mode. You should not be trying to mess around with Windows display settings (Win+P). You must use Windows display settings to set the PSVR "monitor" to "Extend..." if the driver is not able to do it automatically, and then you should never touch any kind of display settings for the PSVR ever again, as the iVRy driver will deal with them.

If it's not possible then that's really confusing, because its happening to me. I'll see if I can grab a video or some photos.

Not sure how I'm expected to help you with all of the garbled descriptions and mismatching diagnostics files. "VR-Direct" mode bypasses the Windows desktop, so it's not possible to simultaneously be using "VR-Direct" mode and experiencing whatever this means: "is being mirrored to my PSVR, but that means that my actual desktop wont work (since the VR Content is just being MIRRORED to the PSVR). Hello I'm having trouble gettin iVRy to load up with a mouse cursor in the HMD, if I try to click the game tab in taskbar the headset shows red and desktop mirror freezes. Everything worked amazingly in the free version so I paid for PSVR edition, now I have had 3 BSOD and the aforementioned red HMD issue. please any help would be greatly appreciated as free version looked amazing and worked really well for the amount of time it has colour :).

Set the driver mode to "VR-Direct" (for best performance/compatibility) or "Virtual" (to mimic demo) in iVRy settings to avoid "red screen". If you are getting BSODs, it suggests a hardware failure on your system.

Blue screens only started after I paid for iVRy software and I have run PSVR on this system with move controllers using TrinusPSVR, also have tried VR-direct mode. Should I be able to see SteamVR small window that shows HMD etc as it no longer shows on screen so I cannot run room setup again?. Any help gratefully appreciated:).

Considering it's exactly the same files, and software, I don't see how it can be related. If you switch the driver mode to "Virtual", it will behave exactly the same as the "Lite" version (apart from colour desaturation). If you'd like support:

how about making a comprehensive tutorial series? instead of having users bash their heads against walls in frustration because the instructions (of which I have yet to find any) are vaguer than the Covid19 vaccine contents list?

I have been trying to use this app for four hours now, I've got steam VR paired with my Samsung Galaxy A70, but when I launch I game I can't see it, only the virtual lobby. And when I enter big picture mode, I can see that. but my mouse and keyboard have no input. So I'm literally dead in the water here, I can't use it

It is up to the game as to which controllers it supports, and how you enable VR mode in that game (if it supports VR). If you are able to see the "virtual lobby", then iVRy and SteamVR are working correctly.

You can see which controllers a VR title supports from its Steam store page. At a minimum, you will need an XBox controller. There are essentially no VR titles that support mouse and keyboard.
