SUPPORT: PLEASE READ FIRST
Before requesting support for iVRy:

1) Please run the command 'dxdiag' from a command prompt on your PC. Press the 'Save Information' button and attach the 'DxDiag.txt' file you saved to your email. If you are using PSVR, make sure it is plugged in and turned on when you run the 'dxdiag' command. If you have been using PSVR in "VR-Direct" mode, please turn the PSVR off (red light on "box") and back on again before running DxDiag.

2) Please send the 'vrserver.txt' and 'vrcompositor.txt' SteamVR log files with your Message. You can find them in the 'logs' directory inside your Steam installation (usually 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam'). It is essential to include the 'vrserver.txt' file as this file contains logs of everything that happened when you ran SteamVR (it is generated every time you run SteamVR). The 'vrcompositor.txt' file may not be present if you have never successfully run SteamVR.

Please send these files as attachments to your email, uncompressed.

3) Please include the make and model of your phone, as well as the OS version, if you're using the mobile version, or the make and model of your VR headset if using a standalone.

4) Please include a brief description of the issue, what you have done so far to work around it, as well as any error messages that may be displayed.

NOTE: It is not possible to provide meaningful support without the requested information.

Please don't upload the files to online sharing services, they need to be sent as uncompressed email attachments, or you will be asked to send them again. Please don't send images or videos or any other files unless requested.
