Starting a VR game fixed step 4. However I'm not stuck with display 1 (my main screen) not showing icons or anything else) and my PSVR showing the black void of the abyss.
I can restart with PSVR unplugged and it runs okay.
I'll try with a VR game now and see if it works or if I'm stuck restarting my system.
All I wanted to do was shoot down the damn planes CJ.
Edit: I'm having to do a system restore as I've ended up with a no icon glitch. The PSVR now detects no HDMI unless I run a VR game which I get the splash screen of then I get a whole lotta nothing. I assume it's due to me trying to manually install drivers through the steam files folder but all these problems started when I opened steam VR, section 4 of the first time install immediately finished, my PSVR showed the loading wheel, a splash screen then nothing.
With TrinusVR I could at least mirror my display, not the only display option is display 1, which is my main display.
I'll give it one try after a system restore then the PSVR is going back into a box.

I have everything connected as shown in the image except that the PSVR system I'm using is the latest revision the (easily remembered) CUH-ZVR-2 rather than the CUH-ZVR-1 so the image is slightly different but it's identical other than the PSVR box.
The only notable differences seem to come with the fact that the PSVR headphones connect to the headset itself and that the new processing unit is slimmed down a little and has HDR pass through if you connect it up to a TV, which you don't do as per the wiring diagram.
Could it be because I'm using a rev 2 PSVR? Trinus let's me look through the PSVR as an extra display with motion tracking so I can look around my 'TV' however with iVRy the installation hangs until I launch a VR title then the display settings seem to break in that all I can see on my main display is the task bar and nothing else. I had to do a system restore to stop this happening every time on startup when PSVR was connected.
I'll drop my DXDIAG info off when I go down and turn my PC on next. Though if anything comes to mind that might be a common issue let me know.
I have already sent dxdiag, etc. To support.
Until now it was only time-consuming and furstating experience.
