Missing dll msvcr120.dll
I have the vc runtimes installed and all other steam games work, but when I try to launch iVRy, on the first time startup it gives me this error and closes.

Uninstall and reinstall iVRy. Steam is supposed to install all pre-requisites needed for iVRy. If for some reason Steam is unable to install it, you can download and install the VC 2013 runtime here:

I installed VC 2013 and reinstalled iVRy and I still get the error about the dll

Not sure what is going on there, it's unique to your system (as in no one else has ever reported this issue). msvcr120.dll is part of the VC 2013 runtime (not the compiler, although it should also be installed with that). Please send vrserver.txt and DxDiag.txt as described in this post:

Make sure you've installed both the 32 and 64 bit versions of the runtime.
