If not you can always decide spamming Ebon Crest is a good idea with Balance Down and some of their moves it's actually pretty reliable.
But if it's the April 16th fight that I'm thinking it is... Brave Orders are pretty much key.
The best thing to do is save up Brave Points prior to the battle and then use Millium's Brave Order "White Decoration" this will reduce any incoming damage by 90%.
During Link Attacks opt to save BP by not using Rush.
Then you just need to Break the boss and finish it with S-Crafts. Failing to do that, he'll use a buff that restores his HP and boosts his strength.
In any case, White Decoration, is your saving grace.
The thing is you need to get him into Break status before he does that and then spam S-Crafts. It'll take him out. If you're having trouble getting him to break, switch out Brave Order from White Decoration to the one that boosts Break.
Between delay spam, heavy break damage, and White Decoration, this is actually a fairly easy boss. Just gotta take him out before he gets off his healing.
