Need pause menu inside battle

I am tired of alt+f4 out of boss battles when realise I made a mistake. The game really needs to have a quit option or pause menu while in battle. The only other alternative is too let them all die which takes even more time

It would be a nice addition , a restart option would also be nice ( rather than having to wait for a wipe to restart).

Like you said it is indeed faster to just relaunch the game, howver if its a 2-3 battles in a row sequence , thats not a solution either as you will have to re-do the first battle. So your only option is to to wait for a wipe to restart.

Personally I doubt it but I can confirm to you if it exists or not on Tuesday Morning ( I have pre ordered PS4 version, 1 year of waiting was already too much after CS 3 ending)

just exit the game out then reload an autosave check the times to get to closest point

I'm 99.9999%+ sure that CS4 isn't going to have that feature.
