Report a translation problem
You can change the invert setting when in the game settings you can find in the game and not in the launcher.
Here you can change the inverting both vertically and horizontally.
Do note the vertical option is swapped. Normal is inverted and inverted is normal. This is not the case for the horizontal camera.

eh really??? i did change the Vertical to Inverted but the Camera still Inverted *on last patch 1.04* even Normal is Inverted*
Did you by chance not create a new savegame after changing the setting?
The ingame settings only saves when you create a new save, so you have to remember to do that when you change settings ingame.
This same behavior was present in ToCS1 and ToCS2 on PC.
