Romance Options
I remember hearing in Cold Steel III they severely limited the characters you can have romantic or intimate events and moments with, but in Cold Steel IV you can pretty much have these events and endings with a wider selection and options. Is this correct?

It's more that CS3 basically had to soft reset the romances since it wasn't going to have save import.

Most of the romances from the first two can be pursued but outside of 2-3 they don't get as heavily fleshed out until 4.

I would say here only 1 option feels like romance (final bonding event), while others are... Well not so much. But yeah there are like 3 romance options here sadly

Also idk how even Altina age counts. Maybe it follows different rules like with cats or whatever.

Rean officially doesn't remember previous 2 games, due to the incompetence of developer who couldn't decide if they are making a story for the player to follow or give the player a choice. 2 games they wanted to give the player a choice, in 3rd and 4th, Alisa is shoved down your throat, whether you like it or not. To further this impression, she gets the most "hot" scene out of all of them.

It is though iirc a couple of the girls did end left out like Fie.

from the gameplay that I've seen in 4 it also looks like that Elise his sister is a romance option as well along with Fie, Towa, Altina, and Musse.

Also there is no way in the whole game world that anyone would stop the hero of the nation and the hero of the world from doing what he wants. No way they would throw him in prison especially when you think about it he is extremely influential with his high powered friends in the royal family the nobles etc. They would just say nope he is free to date who he wants with no consequences etc. Also really really pay attention to the interaction between Musse and Rean, she drops sexual hints and interests to him all the time and I believe she is completely serious. One major one I can think of she says something of "My bed is nice and soft, how about you give me a private lesson". Telling Rean exactly what she wants

If Rean tried to hit on Tita, he'd get murdered near instantly
