Is the english voice for Rean going to be the same?

I heard some character's are getting new voice actor's.

Yeah it was Burch and she has a pretty distinctive voice. Guessing she was simply booked on too many projects to return to CS3 since she's becoming a big name.

Yeah she was really busy last year with animation and live action roles + writing for several projects so I'm not surprised she wasnt able to return

From what I know Millium and Laura's dad are the only characters in the series that didn't have their original voice actors return.

Hmmm it is a bit of a shame, Viktor's voice actor was nothing short of phenomenal, but I'll accept it. I can't judge a book by it's cover after all~

Millium is noticiably different as well, but the new voice actress really did really good on her by the tease we got~
