Moth Mirror bug in Pungent Passage [Not an actual bug]

Yet another bugged page in the Bell Tower Wing. This time it appears to be a new one. The moth mirror in the pungent passage isn’t working correctly; I bring the moth to the mirror, collect the page, and it doesn’t register in the Bell Tower page count. Luckily I was specifically counting the Bell Tower’s pages since I know this wing of the castle seems particularly temperamental, and here we are. This moth in general is also pretty buggy, I can hear it fluttering its wings even before it’s spawned in and it likes to blip around when I insert it into the mirror and not respond to the first Lumos cast. Currently it’s night time so perhaps that has an effect, but I’ll try again in the morning.

I have not done the infamous sphynx moth mirror yet, but I have successfully collected the Accio page near the courtyard that I know didn’t register for some people. I’ve reloaded a save, restarted the game, and attempted to collect the page with Accio and nothing has worked yet. Any ideas? I searched up this mirror and haven’t found anything about it, just the sphynx mirror. Whoever programmed the Bell Tower clearly didn’t test it after the fact.


UPDATE: It was a moth mirror for the Astronomy Wing, not Bell Tower Wing, despite being closest to the BT Wing...I hate this castle

Leave and go back. I've noticed this for the hover counts as well.

Yeah I’m gonna test that too, but I also seem to remember doing this moth mirror already, so either this one is genuinely bugged or I did the mirror and it decided to reappear for some reason.
