Daedalian Key quest bug

Been playing as a Ravenclaw. Started off the quest and, as requested, placed the first token on the chest and went on to find the other 15. After collecting all of them, the game told me to go back to the common room in order to place the remaining tokens on the chest. I did so, but it still says there is one missing and that's because the one I placed in the beginning of the game is no longer there. I've read this has been happening since the last patch. Has anyone else playing as a Ravenclaw faced this problem?

Known bug as of last patch. I haven't seen any resolutions posted here, so you may want to Google. Though, I suspect, as with most games, when patches ruin portions of saves, the solution is generally to start over.

I have the same problem as a Ravenclaw, four tokens in the chest but all have already been colected.

Same here, am a Ravenclaw and only have 15/16 although the game told me I collected all and should place the into the chest. I did that and am one low. Even went to all cabinets to check them if I missed one but they're all empty.

same here, as a Ravenclaw - last four tokens are in the chest, but I also have collected all.

They did. I got to finish the quest a week ago.

But they fixed it on 04 June. Did you update your game TiboDrNo?

Hi guys, thanks for responding! I tripple checked to make sure I did not miss any keys following this guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ey_m08pbbo8&t=195s&ab_channel=Gamerpillar I have no idea what my options are to get the last key. I vividly remember putting one key in the chest before I fully dedicated myself to this quest a month later and finding the other 15 keys. Help would be much appreciated!
