Some tried//...but i think a patch made it so you cannot. It removed files associated with it.
The game is the same price because Sony paid for the quest, not the users.
I'd rather have 99,9999999999% of the game than 0% of the game. One quest is nothing to be fussed about, even if it isn't timed exclusive quest.
If you think one quest means somehow you're getting cheated, it's like arguing that your burger has 1 less pickle slice on it. It is just silly.
I agree, but i hate exclusives for stuff. We are losing digital media because of this practice and i believe in keeping digital media for future generations to see how our culture and gaming has changed over the years.
Everyone else will get it eventually.
Hogwarts Legacy is not a valuable piece of media to "keep alive". It is branded, generic consumer shlock. Not really a meaningful argument with this, sadly. But the concept does apply other places
For instance, if you've missed a few time-limited story quests in Genshin Impact, it looks like you'll never be able to experience them. All that stuff just gone, because part of what sells the game is the FOMO.
It's not a practice we should love, but we should also remember that life is about experiencing things, not "keeping" things.
I think too many Western people have fallen into a "keeping" mindset instead of a "seeking" mindset. If you want to play the PS5 exclusive quest, maybe make a friend with a PS5. ;)
Im still waiting for kingdom hearts to come to steam too.
I am referring to all digital media, not just hogwarts legacy. For example, Stadia had some exclusives already lost because it was shut down...so no one will know those games or every play them in the future now. I am only using this game as a example.
Less content is always a bummer, though I guess the feeling stems more from the sense that there are too few missions and actual options rather than the exclusive mission itself for me.
yah i clarified with a better post. I just kinda hate this game. I'm mad that I spent 70 bucks for my wife to play it lol
