Daedalian Keys Bug

I am having issues with the Daedalian Keys, I am near level 30 and have found every spot where a key is and it still says i have 15/16 keys. Have gone through the locations multiple times and can't find the last one. Hoping it gets fixed.

You're saying you have checked the spots where the keys are, but have you actually checked all the _cabinets_?

If you go near a key without noticing it, the key may still be triggered and fly to its cabinet. If you visit the location of the key later, you won't find it - it will hover in front of its cabinet, or (in some cases) it may have gotten stuck on the way there, and is waiting for you.

So if you want to make sure, go and check all 16 cabinets. If all of them are open und your quest is still at 15/16, then you're experiencing a bug. If one of the cabinets is still closed, then you need to find its key, which can be anywhere between the cabinet and the key's original spawn location.

Exactly the same issue. Have gone around to all cabinets and double checked. I have 14/16 and it’s telling me I have all of them but won’t let me deposit anymore.

not saying there's no bug, but I finished this on 2 characters, no prob.

as other have pointed out, it's very likely you just activate the key without knowing, which is way to easy to do, go check the cabinet... if the key wasnt there either and it also wasnt in the place where it suppose to be, you need to report it to WB games, check the pin post on how.

i've checked every cabinet lol thats how i know i've checked every single area where a key is.

i've checked every cabinet. theyre all open and have the token removed.

if that is the case, the only thing you can do is to report it to wb games...

SAME! I uncovered all the Daedalian Keys (the quest showed me that I had all 16/16) and to place them into the chest. After placing them in the chest, I get to the last one and it stops at 15!! Now it just says I have 15/16 :(
I kept playing not realizing this one quest could potentially stop me from finishing the game! I hope they find a fix for it.

I'm having this same issue right now! I checked every cabinet twice, and they've all been opened. And I cannot locate anymore. My quest log still says I have 15/16 keys. I feel like I'm going crazy!

1. Depending where you are (ie season) of the game, there is potentially some door/locked occurrence where you have yet to be able to reach to get a key. This is easier for people to also notice with the moth pictures in the castle as one moth is locked out for you early in the game until later in seasons. Its able to be completed way before the end of the game though...

2. It is very likely(especially for the 14/16 person, you've just not searched well enough and assume "you've found them all". Remember too some are outside the castle and not inside it specifically.

3. If you're searching by revelio but actually do not GO to the cabinet itself a look at it, there is a distinct possiblilty that there's a cabinet there with the key waiting for the minigame to go. Sometimes when running through the castle and not paying attention you can trigger the key to fly to a cabinet and this causes it just to sit there waiting for you to start that mini game from there.

4. If you have finished the game(ie beat the last fight and are in the "win the house cup" stage or after that, and have still not found them all, then yes it could be a bug/issue but Im still inclined to think its just simply that you've not found them all. It is doable.

I am having a different bug that the keys aren't showing up at all! I have a game I'm playing with my partner and they're working fine on that one, but now I've started a solo game and triggered the quest (even been back to revisit the girl in the courtyard in hope that triggers them) none are showing up in any of the locations I know they should be. Also the cabinets don't highlight with revelio. Really don't want to have to start again as I'm level 20 :(

I'm having the same problem its say I've collected all keys and to return to my dorm but it only lets me put 15 tokens into the chest, I've been to all the locations and there all open, not sure what to do I don't want to keep progressing to find out i need that chest to complete the game, any advice

This happened to me too (didn't on my last play through). My quest log says that the quest is completed and to go back to my house chest. I do it, but I'm still one coin short and don't have any more of the coins in my inventory. Obviously I found all the coins if the quest log is stating that I've done so and to go back to my house chest.

Hi, my situation is a little bit different.
Before patch i found 15 coins, put them into chest and it was ok.
After patch I found the last one, and the quest log shows me go back to the chest.
When I came, there were 0 coins inside, so I have only 1 and cannot get more cause quest is done :/
