I'm in my late 20s. I live a pretty sedentary lifestyle. I will for sure die from a heart attack or cardiovascular disease.
Well its good to see others who felt the same. But I think we were maybe too old for it back then? It was a real craze, alot of people in their 30s grew up on those stories.
I went recently to a forbidden forest walk in Brussels and it was full of 30+ with their kids. All dressed up in robes with wands.
