How to fight students and teachers in Hogwarts?

It's boring that nobody reacts to me when I shoot spells at them.

I saw some vids on Youtube that they can attack other students and teachers, and they fight back. How to do that? Will it happen later in the story, or I have to go into some bad guy route?

It is a mod. You cannot even cast the unforgivables if no enemy is targeted.
