Last spell set not unlocking

I spent my talent points quite early on to unlock all spell sets (Spell knowledge I, II and III). The last set never unlocked for me and is still unusable. Anyone else having the same problem? Is there any way to solve this? Would be lovely to have some extra slots...

You have a limited amount of talent points you can use. What level are you currently? You may have maxed it out. This is also not a bug, but how the game is.

The last one unlocks depending on what level you are. You may have to level up further to unlock it.

I'm level 33 and maxed out all the Core talents by now.

How far along in the main story are you? IIRC the last (fourth if you've already got three) block or spell slots unlocks when you get several new spells during the beast vivarium quests.

Ah that might be it then, I got as far as having two vivariums, but I haven't got a graphorn mount yet.

yea that is further along on the storyline. You will know when you can get it.

Eh? I unlock them all immediately and they're all usable immediately.
No more story progression necessary.

To be specific, I keep utility spells on set 3 and use sets 2 and 4 for combat, and I immediately put Expelliarmus in set 4.
Just in case I want to scroll the mousewheel to cast it when I can't be bothered hitting function keys.
