Gaslight a society long enough, and make belief does indeed turn into reality. As long as that narrative is pushed, I'm sure it will stay true to a good extent as well.

It is true because enough of society believes it to be, so becomes a ''normal'' state to an extend. This is btw a narrative primairly pushed by women, altho most men im sure also agree with it at this point.
People are shaped a great deal by society's believes.
