Hufflepuff first time I did pottermore when I was a teen about a decade (give or take) ago, and Hufflepuff when I did it again like a year or two ago.

So it seems I'm a Hufflepuff through and through, and Iv linked my WB account to my wizarding world, so I will get Hufflepuff regardless apparently.

I have done the Pottermore quiz six times since it launched, and each time, I get Slytherin.

So, I'm going to go with Slytherin. When I saw Cursed Child on Broadway, I even bought a Slytherin shirt at the merch stand, so it's pretty solidified that I'm a Slytherin at this point, haha.

Do you think we should do the Pottermore before going into the game? Or do you think we will be able to have the hat decide for us? I kinda was hoping they would have a similar system where we answer specific questions within the game and that will decided our fate.

If you link your account after doing the sorting, it will transfer your house, wand and patronus to the game. If you don't and you start from scratch, you choose yourself what house you want to start in. If you want to actually be sorted, do the quiz. Otherwise you'll just get to pick which house you want to be in.

Edit: I've done the quiz a few times over the years and it's either placed me in Ravenclaw or Slytherin. After the recent update, I redid the sorting quiz and I was placed in Slytherin, so I'm going with that to start. Will probably do another play through as Ravenclaw though after.

Just took the sorting again for the hell of it and I once again got Hufflepuff for the 3rd time and not only that, but the exact same wand. The only difference is patronus which was an orangutan and this time I got pheasant lol.

i will play hufflepuff for my first playthrough. altough if the game is fun and replayable enough than i will retry it with the other houses as well, hufflepuff->ravenclaw->slytherin->gryffindor

i very much doubt that it will automatically place you in the wizarding world account house. it would mean that you could not get 100% achievements because there are achievements for doing some stuff while you are sorted in each one of the houses.
it is more likely that the game will ask you if you want to use the wizarding world information. if you want to replay with another house than you will probably have the option to do so.

i think they said no matter what house u choose u will get the outfit for that house when u link ur pottermore acc so u will stil choose and get the outfir for the house u choose in game

Ravenclaw for me. I've done the test in the Harry Potter fan club, and they told me Ravenclaw. I'm used to RPG and dices never done mistakes!
