whats with the FPS in this game

i can run more intense games just fine with a bit of setting tweeking

but this the cutscenes are super slow and lagy

normally id just set the FPS to 30 to fix this bt this game dont give that option

Use afterburner/rivatuner or the fps limiter in the driver(amd/nvidia).
