Sorry that I can't really help you, but I kinda got the same problem. My toaster can run RE2 at 60+ easily, but this game is just stuck between 40 and 50

Same here, stuck at 45/50fps is actually playable, but should be able to hit 60 without a problem

I'm at solid 60 thus far and even have ReShade active you make the game look better.

I have a 980 Ti, what do you all have?

RX580 8GB here i'll try to make some changes in amd driver, maybe increase some details will use more of the gpu

Do you have a screenshot of your game with ReShade? I am curious on how much better ReShade can make this game look. Would play around myself but don't have the game on PC.

I remember having a similiar issue with the FPS with a different game before, becaus the graphic card ''didn't recognize the game'' or something similiar. I had to switch between Borderless and Fullscreen everytime i started the game to fix the FPS issue and to get my card to recognize it (tried here, didn't work)

@my fellow Nvidia card user, could you maybe try changing something in the nvidia control panel? I'll see if i can play around tomorrow as well

my grafic card its a GTX 650, but games like Far Cry 5 and Gal Gun 2 keep 30 fps

What i find interesting is the fact that lowering the settings (Shadows, Post-processing, Resolution, etc) doesn't increase the FPS, at all.

That's strange.

Fellow Nvidia guys, do you get the ''Geforce Overlay'' thing when running the game? Because i don't, and i do notice that with games where i don't get that the Performance dips.

Probably the only AMD user here lol, changing settings on radeon didn't help much here, fixing the fps to 60, increase AA and textures does nothing at all, game stays at 45/50 all the time, like i said, it's playable

45/50 fps its ok for playing (usually) but my fps its stuck all the time in 8/11

this game its no good optimized misses around 15/20 fps

Another AMD user here (nitro 5 laptop). I'm getting the low fps too. Ugh.
