Best ships weapons for a Klingon Tactical Captain?

Nuqneh! I am a Lethean Lieutenant General of lvl 52 and Tactical officer with a Qu'Daj class cruiser with mostly phaser weapons equiped to my vessel. I have always had a hard time understanding what energy weapons are the best for what class. What would be best for my class and ship?

Hegh'ta is better then most of the ships zen can buy, it's 120,000 dilithium.

There really isn't a "Best Weapon" in this game... All top level weapons are balanced with eachother and all have their benefits and drawback... It comes down to personal choice.

I like plasmas on my romulans, disruptors on my Klinks, and anti-proton on my feddys.

Damage types only differ with their procs really and certain set synergies that support them. My Klingon tac is flying a Bird-of-Prey with disruptors. They can reduce the targets' damage resistance. Besides, disruptors are Klingon, might as well stick with it for canon's sake.
