good day! such a problem sometimes happens in steam. editing profile information usually helps. try it, if it doesn't work, write to the Steam technical support

They said (in text) :

"Hi,

We understand the situation that you are in.

Unfortunately, we are unable to restore the lost achievements.

In addition, when you unlock an achievement, the Steam In-Game Overlay sends you a notification and you can see the achievement unlocked in the library details view for the game in your Steam client.

If you’re not sure an achievement was granted, check the status in your library details view. If the achievement shows as unlocked but is not visible on the Steam Community site, then your client may be offline. Make sure you set Steam to “online” and you’re connected to your Friends network. Please see our network connectivity FAQ here.

If you weren’t notified that your achievement was granted and it’s locked in the library details view and in-game, then the achievement is locked. If you’re sure you completed the tasks required to unlock the achievement, then it’s likely a game bug. Contact the game developer to report the bug and receive support.

I am pretty sure my client was online, mmm, I am okay to replay the game as honestly its pretty funn (hope I can get the achievements easilyy~)

and hopefullyy, the bug wont appear again, haha

I'm sorry that the technical support of the stream refused to help you, but I'm afraid it's not in our competence to fix it. We did not make any changes either to the game or to our Steam account, respectively, we could not affect the accrual of achievements in any way. Hey Dev, thanks for your prompt response, yes, I believe the issue lies with Steam too; and its a bummer they refused to do anything about it..

I got screwed over for another game too..achievements and counts;
so yea.. i guess it was bad timing to play right now when they are so unstable >.<
