Report a translation problem
You can't trade things in-game for things outside of the game. A code for zen would count as things outside the game. A good rule of thumb is: If it won't fit into a trade window in the game, then you can't legally trade it in the game.
EDIT: Can't as in it's against the EULA and TOS because it opens people up to scamming, etc.
Altought for a short moment two years ago you had in-game tradable items that gave about any slots and renames and retcons etc. It was a really short limitted period. Not an unnapreciated one on the real gifters. But I guess scammers might had gone in the way too often if it had perdured.
