Axel fat hobo Character/Art problems

So, looking at what is going on here, and I am thoroughly annoyed by this...
Why is Jack from SOR2 exactly the same but somehow Axel has a flannel tied around his waist, wears a dumb vest jacket on top of his white shirt, and has high water ripped pants showing off his ankles????

If you guys made this game from scratch, why put in these new looks for a favorite main character making him look stupid, but then take your college class deviant art Jack and pop him in the game as is? There is no consistency here and it makes you guys look lazy, and out of touch with what is good and what people like.

Another consistency note, WHY IS BLAZE NOT OLDER AND FAT TOO!? Oh because you didn’t want you make your Waifu age guys? What happened?

Then there is still the ugly out of place Cherry to consider as well. She doesn’t look like any black woman, she just looks like a thing that nerds would want a black woman to look like to be as non threatening as possible, while at the same time they can feel good and woke at the same time saying they are progressive for putting a black woman in the game. Can we just have a black guy instead, who isn’t a lab assistant baby faced cyborg?

I expect that most of the people who complained about the design almost five years ago have got over it by now. I agree that the outfit could have been better, though.
