How do I use the change ticket to craft awakening coordi?

It seems if you used the first one you cant cause you need both to craft a box for another set of characters

They did mentioned it in the first notes for awakening about the ticket usage, but the way they go about this is quite convoluted (i.e. they gave only one coordi set free out of all the characters that exists that gotten or will be getting their awakening update till March, instead of pick 1 out of 3 of each 3 weeks round)

I didn't spend the first ticket and didn't receive on the mail, is there a way to send a ticket to support? Couldn't log in in the first week because it was crashing on inventory

I think the change ticket II is really useless because the first ticket is deleted after the update, right?

I agree, I did not know about using the ticket 1 later, so i used in Elesis, even though I do not play with her. Now i have the useless ticket 2 .............
