Help me. How to get and buy Phantom weapon (hero dungeon equipment)

I have 1st, 2nd, and 3rd job weapons but I still don't have basic job weapon. Please let me know how to get phantom weapon through hero dungeon

Yea I dunno why they made the Phoenix weapons drop only. They made every other aspect of getting TID easier but made what was originally the easiest step, the most annoying by barring it by RNG.

they literally give you hundreds of tickets to do epic dungeons, just use it and stop complaining

1) added [phantom phoenix equipment select box] upgrade to hero's bullion shop
players can acquire [phantom phoenix equipment select box] x1 for the current character by consuming 6 [phantom phoenix fragment] in the [upgrade] tab of [hero's bullion shop].
