So I'm level 85, and where to farm mob for my 4th skill and job change

Teroka and temple of time. Or you can do Harrier continent dungeon at renak's core while farming the chest if you have enough taint resistance and stats.

Edit: Renak's core might not be viable as I am unsure if it will register for 4th skills mission. Best bet is just do teroka and temple of time.
