I contacted them with the aim of giving me the missing part because in the meantime I am not receiving it even though I am spending more money on it.
The company told me that I would not receive anything, and that it was impossible to give it to me or to other people.
The company should take responsibility for its technical failures and provide a response and service to the players.
But of course she does nothing about it.
pure shame!
So assuming you did bought the 120K VP, you would have been able to purchase 8 sets of the seal breaker x60 scrolls.
So 8 x 60 = 480 and you are still missing one more piece of equipment. Usually it takes about 5XX~6XX scrolls depending on your luck.
So my question now is, did you spent an additional 60 dollars on top of the 120K VP you bought? If yes, you would have been able to purchase about 4 more set of x60 seal breaker scrolls. So you have additionally used 240 scrolls for the last item and you still did not get it?
So in total, you used
240 + 480 = 720 scrolls? If this is the case, yes, I think there is something wrong with it. As posted by KOG, there is a mercy/pity system (though we do not know how the points work for the mercy system yet).
Here is a video link that shows how much scrolls were needed to obtain a full set. The player in the video used 620 scrolls for the full set.

Look at the person's Steam profile and posts.
This person is obviously one of the people "outraged" by the sealbreaker announcement and trying to spread more controversy. It's a throwaway account. Also they've posted like 2 or 3 threads with this same startup now.
Yeah I have actually went and investigate his/her Steam account. He/she does have a screenshot of his/her Mari with one missing piece of coordi item. However, the account seems to be rather new.
Did you notice the SS on the right of the screen shot, indicating SS gear or the +9 necklace. or the C-1 in place of level.
I highly doubt they made this new steam account JUST to play grand chase.
Yeah I did saw that. It is possible to reach lvl 85 and C-lvl 1 in just one or two day with SS stats if you play really hard.
Would be nice if he/she just reply the question instead of creating another new thread because right now I am interpreting it as the player spent 120K VP and was unable to get the full set. Which if this is the case, it is totally normal. However if he/she did spent an additional $60 and used a total of 700+ SB scrolls and still did not get the full set, then something is indeed wrong. Because most players usually get the full set within the 6XX SB scroll mark.
I spent a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of money on this game when it first re-released and I can say with absolute certainty that the final item takes many times more VP than every other item.
People have been talking about this literally since the game re-released. It would have been wise of you to read the forums before spending a ♥♥♥♥ load of money like the rest of us.
I am still waiting for pet seal scrolls so I don't have to spend any more money trying to get pets lmao.
Also, if you spent $140 on the set so far, then you should be very close to getting the last item. I don't remember how much I spent on a full set, but it was around that price.
