Me too, I didn't open my account for weeks, just claimed the 450 anniversary fragments and after patch , I was shocked that my account got blocked!! KOG please fix it.

Same here got banned also, thinking of every possible reasons that I got banned. The last thing that I do before logging out for maintenance is helping a friend with his mission which is dumbest reason for me to be banned like wtf.

I already filed a ticket but I will not be expecting that they will get things right and they will tell me that I done something which is against the rules when in reality I didn't do anything

So unfortunate, we're excited after maintenance bc of the event, then first day of event got blocked/ban without any reason. 🤔 Hope KOG fix this immediately. I'm now getting dissapointed again. 🙄

Tbem fui banido, será que foi porque eu peguei ontem depois das 21:00, mais 30 fragmentos do aniversário, o evento era pra ter se encerrado, mais continuou lá aí eu fui e peguei.

Just don't get high hopes that they will unban us, its frustrating that after our bans, our items have been wiped out and we have to start again. Our hard earned stats and items will be gone forever.

If you have ScreenShots of your game on that day, they will check your account the only thing is it took days before you get the results of your concern. 😓😔
