What are the best chase point upgrades for Ley?

I can't find answers in the internet. Not sure if I should upgrade Reduce Skill MP(AP) Consumption. Thanks guys

Pretty much every AP character should invest in Reduce Skill MP(AP) first, then Skill Cooldown, then Skill Damage.

does Chase Point upgrades apply to every character? even if they're below lvl 85?

Once you unlock Chase Level, you can apply however many points you have to any character, even if they aren't capped, what points you apply are character bound.

What points you apply are completely independent on each character, so apply accordingly.

Though like I said, there's pretty much a baseline that all AP characters follow which is AP Reduction->Cooldown Reduction->->All Skill Damage

my personal opinion is to get delay reduce 1st, AP char skill3 delay is so long. U might end up a burden when u cant deal damage so often.
Beside ley has inspire which will get you almost 2 bar AP.

well depend of a lot of things.. I dont go for cost reduction but is a good choice for ap chars NOT mp now for all chars need mp cost down, about 70-80 points well you can go to even 100 if want.. like me.
