2- About 2000 players
3- If the in-game controller settings don't work, you might need to use a 3rd party program to remap keys (I don't use a controller)
4- Game population has been on a steady decline for a while.
2) Numbers of concurrent online players seem to peak around 2000-3000 each day at certain hours. So... Not that many players online, but still enough to make it easy to find rooms to play at in late game stages.
4) We don't know if it's dying, but the numbers have fallen from like... 5000 concurrent players regularly, to 2000-3000 players in the last 10 or so months, and it shows no real sign of improvement... We don't know if this number will eventually stabilize or if the game will just roll over and die though... At the very least, we're still getting updates roughly every 3 weeks, but we don't know if that will be maintained for long. Right now most updates are just rebalanced re-releases of old characters from the original release of the game. We're soon going to finish having all characters re-released though, so no clue what will happen then... We're getting somewhat bigger updates roughly every 2 months though, so maybe that will become the new schedule. It's hard to be sure.
First in guid members look for your name, and select leave. If my memory is not wrong.
Event dungeons are for solo or high end players, usually and you will see it a lot here if you have no good power they will kick you and continue with your life, now circus you want solo it, possible if want I can do a video at 80k TA, Now you need pots for that.
Finally make all chars even if you not plan play it right now, at lvl 20 in shop academy is the mission for job change for all chars. after buy it use it and do the quest.
Then, go to your inventory and accept the quest there.
After that, the quest will appear in your quest log, so just do what it says then.
People tend to prefer higher level players to do the Event Dungeons together with. You shouldn't worry too much about them right now.
I googled a bit about it, this is what the Wiki says:
"If a player wishes to leave the guild of his or her own accord, they need to access the Guild Menu from the guild park. In the Members menu, players need to find their own name, right-click it and choose "Guild Suspension", then confirm the window that pops up. The player will then be kicked out of the guild park and a message will come up, telling the player they are no longer in a guild."
Try that out and see if it works.
since you re new, you need to know this game is all about grinding and grinding, and very time consuming. it s really hard to get high TA here unless you are a cash player, i suggest you play private server if you cant spend 6-8 hours / day to play this server, because you will get nowhere in this game even u play it for 1 year
It does take me 5+/- hours to finish all WL on 'current chars'.
But it's something he shouldn't worry.
And if this is't he's main game.
I don't think he would care either way.
Just play the dungeons and level up.
When u you reach lv 85.
I think that's enough to know if this game is your type of game or not.
1- yeah, game is from 2003, but just re-launched a global version on steam
2- ive heard 5k ppl a day, and basically 2k/2k500 simultaneous player
3- you dont, i think you cant play on controller on the steam version
4- nah, a lot of haters say it is but its not really, the population of the game stabilized like 6 months ago, and also theres new content launching sooooo yeah its not dead
if it doesnt pop up when you get to lvl 20 buy it at the shop
event dungeons are 85+, if you are a low level focus on main story dungeons for now
go to the guild list, search for your name and right click
dont hear this guy
private servers sux ass
horribly unbalanced
poor quality dungeons
low user base
dont play them, this guy probably owns one and is trying to snatch you up
classic is not about grinding and grinding, if you only farm hero dungeons (thats like, 7 dungeons a day) with only one character you can get a 200k+ character in like 2 months time
I usually do it with 2 characters per day, because more than that would end up taking too much of my time. Sometimes I do 3 if I really feel like it, but I set that as my limit.
