So uhn... Yeah, that happened. All characters were nerfed on release on GCC.
Are u serious like what is the point of that we cant even play like we used to with characters for me i cant even chain combos etc with asin like i used to without a cooldown on his skills
Dio...yea they were out for blood when they nerfed him. But the first two are still relatively strong. Lass is still the mobile burst boy he always was and Asin still has incredibly dumb MP regeneration allowing him to toss out 3 bars like a lunatic.
Dio is just...good lord. Weapon Force DIo was one of my favorite ways to play, and the only way I enjoyed Dio but they gutted it SO HARD. I still play it but it feels gross now how bad it is.

Look at Rin for exemple, her light side have a LOT of cooldowns now, and her dark side (that was always the strongest to begin with) is still the same it was before, like wtf?
And we have to note that most PvP cooldowns are to prevent characters to have too many invencibility frames and/or easy infinite combos and make their gameplay harder, like Arme's infinite fireball spam with Battle Mage and Amy's plowed on her 3rd job (i'm pretty sure most people here are glad that those are gone).
The nerfs on PvE makes no sense whatsoever.
