Asin 4th bar Mission bugged

Anyone else having an issue with this? I've done all the missions to unlock his 4th Mp bar up till Slaying Sand Ruler once, but I don't even get the mission popup when I go to the dungeon. When I checked, it says I have to go to "Region: Alcubra" as opposed to his other missions that say "Zone: Alcubra". I've already restarted my game but no change.

Any advice?

Edit: So I just leveled to 73 and the mission appeared where it's supposed to be, so unsure if that affected it

I have the same problem too and my solution is restart the mission
So, I delete the progress one then I start again
