floating runes special effect

some players have purple runes floating around their character, most people with full gacha sets almost always. how to obtain these runes?

Purple runes? Do you mean on Lobby or on mission? Is it around or on the back of the character

the cash anklet at +9 gives you floating runes around your character when you are in a dungeon.

Oh the anklet one, it's fairly... easy to obtain it then, with the VP the game automatically gives you even. Pretty much doesn't make difference tho.
