Cannot find the last link bridge

On a map there is suppose to be a link bridge at Londadon to Chogedon but i can't find it anywhere on those two map?

You have to find that oversized potato first. With him around, you can create these bridges. There aren't many of them but can be only unlocked with him.

How do you get the potato to follow you to a new islet? I can "call" him on the nest islet and he'll follow me around on that islet. But I can't figure out how to get him to another islet

Edit: NVM figured it out! I didn't realize the potato was already on the islet haha! I'm dumb. Disregard.
