Unfortunately the controls aren't working in the games favor. Controller, as well as mouse and keyboard are both very frustrating.
I constantly felt like I was losing troops unjustified. I didn't do anything wrong and they died. They were barely doing what I wanted them to do, that was the main problem I think. And because of that, it always felt like "their" fault or "the games" fault when they died.
I like the concept. The art .. the style is cool but troops, enemies, loot, everything is barely visible, compared to dead cells (other genre, I know, but still) .. in Dead Cells I can see enemies and the player with ease, here I can't see them even when I explicitly search for them.

With better controls, this could really shine, just like CARRION or other evil protagonist pixel art games.
