Wierd Glitch

Whenever i start the game and start the first mission i get a glitch consisting of what looks like large set objects from the game spinning around and flailing all over the place. I also have enemies that come out and die shortly after. Please Help.

And sometimes my soldiers start moving eratically and fly all over the place instead of fighting.
