Story questions (spoilers ?)

I just finished this fantastic game, it was a wild ride from start to finish ! However i have several questions concerning the lore :

- Where does the Polish people came from ? (Are they rebellious construction prisonners of the bunker /descendants of the horrible german "motherhood" programm ?)

- Does the mother of Scymon is Dominika ? And if so , when did she have a child with Lucjan (just after rebellion or at the end of the polish civil war?)

- Where are all the bodies ? (I understand we don't find german civilian bodies and there is a polish cemetery at the end, but where are all Lucjan's flock ?) Where is Lucjan ?

- When did Ewa was plugged into the computer and by who ? (The germans or Lucjan after the rebellion ?)

- And What is the huge titanic god tree at the end ? A nuclear fusion anomaly to power the complex ?

Yes and they did it while surviving in the "forest / mountain village" when the computer was shut down and they were a bunch of survivors in the wild after all the soldiers died. Some believed in gods and wanted to switch on the computer while the others (like our mother) wanted to let the computer off and facility rot and go away

Luc and his group left in the lake at the end of the game to live somewhere else in the underground.
He left us a note at the end to explain he know we will come here and as a hope for them we should do what we were born for and become a biocomposant like our sister.

If we keep the facilities working the biodiversity will evolve and it will give them food, and life will grow and evolve (butterflies, animals like goats, plants), if we don't the underground ecosystem will most likely die or stop evolving and they will all die with it or by lack of food.

- When did Ewa was plugged into the computer and by who ? (The germans or Lucjan after the rebellion ?)
Lucjan, her/our father let the others think she was dead while he plugged her into the computer to take control of the facility and get food for his villagers. Basically, she was plugged in before Luc planned to have a second baby (us) to help her to be the main computer because kids with same DNA are more compatible. He most likely killed all the others children of the village while attempting to do this.
Our mother ran away with us because she was against the human computer thing.

- And What is the huge titanic god tree at the end ? A nuclear fusion anomaly to power the complex ?
IDK about that one, a symbolism I guess. And yes it's probably the power system of the biocomputer.

Well it's my interpretation but I may be wrong tho
I also think Ewa was sick before she was plugged in, so becoming a biocomposant in the computer also theorically saved her life, but I'm not sure about that one
- She was sick
- He put her in the computer and everyone thought she was dead
- She gave a new life to the underground

Sincerely I have no idea about the morality of this story lol
