Hello,

Thanks for the question. For now, we don't have plans for that.

I can't play the game I just bought
5760x1080 is stretched to unplayable and when i lower the resolution to play it crashes with errors.

please take a look at this.

Yah i'll buy this when you guys put in better resolutions...

21:9 is a standard resolution these days. Game looks great, but I can't play it if it won't support that.

I'm glad that I've found this thread.
With no ultrawide (21:9) support buying game is pointless :steamfacepalm:
As AugustsEve said, it's pretty common now (I know that "super ultrawide" 32:9 is not here yet, but "ultrawide" 21:9 is).

No ultrawide support => No buying
It is now a standard in PC games, you should at least consider it

1.12% of Steam users have 3440x1440 resolution, that's far from standard, I'd say. Even 4K is more popular at 2%.

This is why I didn't recommend an ultrawide monitor to a friend when he was asking me about which monitor I would recommend. I suggested buying a 16:9 4K monitor instead of an ultrawide, otherwise my friend eventually would do what OP did - going to forums and complaining about lack of ultrawide support.

Yup (users like me with 3840x1600 are even less), but you will be suprised how many games supports ultrawide resolutions (if not in menu, then just in gameplay).

Devs should think like their poilish colleagues from gamedev industry (devs of War Mongrels :praisesun:):

That 21:9 is a standard isn't a debate.

Now when we say we "can't" play on that resolution, it's us being picky. Does a 21:9 make it impossible to launch games that don't support it? Of course not, a 21:9 monitor can scale to 16:9 just fine, edges are just black/blank, same as watching a movie on your 16:9.

Do you want to go back to 16:9 after using a 21:9? No. No, you don't.
-Currently typing on my 16:9 and very much missing my 21:9.

Thanks for the post. Will wait for a fix hopefully before picking it up.

I had this same problem but was able to solve it by using a smaller resolution in window mode.

Ugh, this is bad news. I'm glad I checked here before buying.

I love games that ooze atmosphere, but can't buy without 21:9 support. Please update, thanks.

No you clearly don't even understand the term "standard" ... As an old ultrawide user, I can tell you Ultrawide support is present on almost every game, THIS is a standard !
A standard is about how frequently it is supported.
Moreover your statistic is based on only one resolution. Don't you know ultrawide is an aspect, not a resolution ?

Was excited to play this, but no ultrwaide support gave me motion sickness and had to refund, pity.
