Is there a bonus/alternate ending for completing the game 100%?

I got the main one, and then went back to look for all the chapter alternate endings along with the missing photos. I got all of them, but didnt see anything new appearing.

There is a slightly different ending when you complete the game at 100%. When I say slightly it's reaaaaaallyy slightly. But I noticed it and said "wtf?" at my screen.

I think the ending was different, unless I wasn't paying attention the first time

Exactly, if you complete it 100% is just a slightly different ending video, look for the weird balls.. Also, it unlocks the 100% video in the video list, which is listed under a different name than the plain ending vid. I think its called Epilogue? Seomthing like that.

In the alternate ending, you also see the young lady load her bag in her car before getting back home. The license plate of the car seems to be the same as the one of the car that got into the accident at the beginning of the game.

Late answer. The difference is also that when she gets home, the camera zooms out and reveals the spheres she's been seeing in her dreams. She has described them as problems throughout the game. So, the epilogue shows us that even though she has made a recovery, she's still facing problems as she returns home from the hospital.

Either that or she hasn't actually recovered and her going home is just anouther vision...

If you already went through and saw the main ending first without getting the 100%, you will need to finish the main ending again of (Road Less Traveled) once you get 100 to see the new video. It won't automatically show after completion.
