The game contains some scenes with partial nudity and sexual position of female victims. The visual is very subjective as I found the game tried to present in terrifying way and overcomed by fear.

Well for a example first chapter is dedicated to young boy geting raped and locked up until he suffers mental breakdown and starts to dress and act like a girl. He then proceeds to kill all other people as revenge puting their half naked rotten bodies on display.
There are at least 3-4 CG that actually depicts that in a semitame way but still,

More like both, those scenes are clearly drawn to be sexy.

That said, I personally voted those tags false, some people seem to have the ridiculously low tolerance for skin. Yet I think if you can see the similar amount of "nudity" and "sexual content" on the beach or by watching news it doesn't count.

This is a spolier and you're also confusing the cause and the consequences.
The boy was dressing and acting like a girl even before he was locked up, and his bahavior was one of the reasons for his fate.

It's not just about the amount of skin, but HOW it is presented. And some CG in "Death Mark" are obviously "fap fap boobs" pictures. I understand the warning, it is easy to imagine that this kind of content is uncomfortable for some people.

So far I've seen a woman seemingly getting banged by a rose bush. Her boobs were out but the nipples were covered up by flowers. Make of that what you will.

this game is sexualizing dead women so hard. it shows multiple naked (or half naked) women that are either dead or about to die, but no one of the women alive are wearing even a bit flashy clothes. but as soon as woman is about to die: clothes off, boobs and ass getting rubbed by vines and positions is the same as in any porn video. i mean lol there is 0 male character even showing their elbows or knees, but if a woman is in danger/dead, she is naked and drawn in a VERY sexual way.

i don’t mean there should be ”sexual content” tag for showing few naked people, but no one can’t claim that those few drawings were only ”naked women” or ”showing some skin.” as a woman i feel very uneasy whenever i see womens death being sexualized - and that my friends is VERY often in movies, games, etc. there should be nothing sexy or desirable in a dying woman, that's just maintaining r*pe culture.

I say if a game makes you feel uneasy and have conflicting emotions it is doing everything right. Deal with your own and let others deal with theirs, not every game is supposed to be a "safe place". Nor they are supposed to teach or preach anything, in general.

haha no, great genres and good stories are stong enough to exist without dead high school girls boobs lol. if there HAS to be a sexy girl corpse to make something good to you, then i think the problem is somewhere else than in the genre itself. + i never said horror games should make you feel good and safe or anything like that, its the complete opposite ofc, but the fact that we show dead women vs dead men in media in extremely different light is real and pretty disturbing.

It doesn't have to be a sexy girl corpse (or a boy), but it can be - if the creators of the story and art wish so. No additional justification is needed beyond that.
Is this sexy corpses thing even... a thing? The only things which come to mind are genres like slashers which focus on exploitation by design, yet I think that in recent years there is little discrimination there, no gender or sex or whatever is safe from becoming a sexy corpse. Ok this discussion is starting to creep me out a bit, necrophilia is totally not my thing, still I think that the freedom of expression, even in entertainment, is important and this game specifically did not cross any unnecessary lines.
