I use down scroll and I want to know if I can move the arrows upwards a bit more, the lane of the arrows where you have to press on when the other arrows comes down/upwards

i have the exact same question but i want to have the playfield a bit lower bc the skin i use is a bit to high in position

while in game, open settings -> skin. under "navigation" click open folder. open skin.ini and depending on if you play 4k or 7k scroll to that section. then find "HitPosOffsetY" and change its value (number) to raise or lower where you have to hit the notes. afterwards make sure to make the same changes to "ReceptorPosOffsetY" so the skin in game matches. for example, if you added +20 to HitPosOffsetY then you have to add +20 to whatever the value for "ReceptorPosOffsetY" was. remember to save skin.ini (ctrl+s) after you make any changes and press ctrl+s in game to reload the skin to apply changes.
