Well. I kinda fixed the issue but I want to know if I can delete local accounts data and map scores, is this possible?

Multi-accounting is against the rules (to not flood the leaderboards with duplicate players)

No, it isn't possible. You have to create a new account on Steam and then you can create a new account.
