Quaver seems to have a really bad behavior when having origin launching on background + other bugs
Last night I reinstalled Origin on my new PC. I installed the client + a few games. After playing a short hour on Origin I decide to boot up Quaver, and it didn't seem to load like it should. It took a solid minute to open, and in mid opening the whole game froze and stayed unresponsive, so I had to force close the app. After restarting and keeping everything away from being a background app, I boot up quaver and it seems to be fine. I close Quaver, and reopen origin and a game again. Afterwards, I reopened Quaver and it did the same thing again so I ended up restarting the PC again entirely. All the other games from other platforms (Uplay, Epic, Steam, Twitch and GoG) seem to be perfectly fine, and Quaver doesn't hate loading up while those other clients were recently opened, so I'm guessing its an Origin problem. The game I was playing mainly on Origin is called Rocket Arena.

Also, I have an SSD for boot, and an HDD exclusively for games but I don't think it's an HDD problem neither. The only HDD freeze I've had is loading up tracks while scrolling through the selection, and pausing the game. That's pretty much it.

Other issues:
- game black screens if you press the [ ` ] key during game over animation
- lag when starting up the song, notes skip frames at times
- songs that are trying to be downloaded tend to not download and import, or tend to download
and not import
- framerates tend to fluctuate, at times it's at 900, at times are at 1200, or lower, or higher, it's a rollercoaster

You are not the only one that happens.

In my case, more of the same, I try to get the achievement of 100% precision but it's impossible for me due to these problems.

1. The maps start with lag, I have to restart several times, almost always I continue and pulse when there is lag in the image to avoid the "miss" (This happens with all maps).

2. The frame rate, in case of using Vsync doesn't occur but there is a lot of delay when pressing the keys, now with higher limits both in the game and in other programs it varies a lot, I think it's the main cause why it doesn't achieving 100% accuracy.

- Limited to 120 FPs (Afterburner) and the game without limitation, varies between 110 and 121 FPs.
- Limiting 240 FPs of the game itself varies between 225 and 241 FPs
- Without limitation the variation is from 1100 to 1400 FPs.

I think these variations cause cases like when two notes or more arrive at the same time, even if I press the keys at the same time, the game shows a Marv for one and Perf for the other lowering the precision and this happens many times.

3. The download of maps yes, it happens to me as well and when downloading again then they appear repeated 2 times (I have even had the same map 4 times and not in the sense of different separate difficulties, no no, the same map of the same creator and same difficulty, that what I do is delete the repeated ones).

I don't know if it's related but I use Windows 7 64 bits (Home Premium, updated to the latest) with an i5 3570, GTX 1060 6GB (Driver v451.xx), 16GB RAM DDR3 (2x8 1333Mhz) and HDD S-ATA 3, I have strict maintenance on my PC, programs like Avast, Nvidia GeForce, MSi Afterburner, SpeedFan and Steam are the only programs that I usually I have opened.

I try to get the achievement of 100% accuracy, with the song that I read from another post where the user Milky mentions (Good Day from Rain) and I can't, I get more Perfects than Marvs. Not even with the Judgemente on Peaceful. Even adjusting the sound timing or delay doesn't solve anything. The Skin I made my own because I didn't adapt to the official and I improved a lot with my own.

Besides, it would be good to add the option to eliminate the Offset of the individual map, in some cases I have given it with times up to 100ms and it's impossible to complete that with so much delay xD, although it helps to obtain the achievement of NO MARV.

Anyway, I think all of this should be reported on the GitHub repository.



EDIT: When the frame rate varies, even if it's only one frame, the audio lags behind the map causing the precision to go down, it's barely 1 ms each time it happens, but when it's repeated over and over again at the end it increases more than 50ms lag between the audio and the map.

idk if this is waht your talkign about but i seem to ahave a stutter at the begining of the song right before the first note
pls help
