Hey guys, I'm not sure if im the only one, but nothing happens when I hit start on first level. Is the game unplayable atm????

On the world map it shows the NEW marker on the shop icon, but if I click on it I see this and cant buy anything else, and the NEW marker doesnt go away either. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2018453329 also noticed this achievement does not show up on the in-game achievements list...
