After starting level 4 I cannot move in any direction. Furthermore, the game resets the entire progress after restarting it. Could you fix level 4 and implement a save feature?

I got to the shining light in the middle, The map changed then changed back and seemed to strobe two levels but only letting me access one. How do you progress?
