T-Posing hostile soldier

Is there supposed to be a gun wielding T-posing zombie that can jump on helicopters and destroy them like Patient Zero? Are these one of the new lietuenants?

Yeah uh, that guy just came running to my base very early game and wiped me out. I had 10 soldiers plus winters shooting at him but he moved them down without flinching. I hope there is plans to make the lieutenants stay around their hives, because if they go on the offensive early on its a coin-toss wether the player get wiped out or not within the first 10 minutes. :(
