Can anyone help me get out of the very first room where you're in the wheelchair with the lamp? I have no idea what to do lol and the guide I looked up doesn't really help.

If you mean the very first room where it's all dark, you need to laser the lamp's pull string and the girl will turn it on.

yeah that room! So what do I do after I turn on the light? Turning on the light is so far the only thing I can figure out how to do lol. What do I do to get into the next room?

Laser the door. You do understand the concept of the game is to guide Katia with the laser, right?

Yah I thought I did lol. She just keeps pointing at the door when I laser it but I'll try that again next time I play it. I thought because she was pointing at it then it meant it was locked and she's saying basically "I can't open that"
