At the moment non-vr support isn't being considered, since the immersion and playstyle afforded by the VR medium is a core part of what makes Last Labyrinth unique.
Why not add a warning that says VR makes for a better experience instead.
Also the guidelines on your website regarding videos and licensing is pointless and stupid. It seems like unnecessary restrictions only exist in Japan.
Nonsense. Beat Saber needs VR, more exactly 3D-angular-positional controls, but this game has nothing that would not work with a regular mouse/keyboard or gamepad setting.
I'd have to upgrade my rig first as well, also won't touch second-hand on such devices.
But the main show-stopper is getting motion sick extremely quickly. I have a hard enough time with 3D on a regular monitor, I don't want to spend hundreds to have to puke after 5-minutes in VR.
So then please explain what is so uniquely necessary in this game for VR.
You DON'T need to upgrade your rig. I ran VR on a 1050 system without an issue. It'll even work on the 9xx systems. If you are running a modern system, you'll be fine.
You WON'T get motion sick. At least after the first 5 - 10 hours. Start out with this, it will not give you any sickness. Then move on to something more intensive until you get used to it.
There is loads of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ knocking around about VR.
Ladies and Gentlemen, I think we've uncovered a troll.
One thing some people without VR have trouble understanding is that devs already know that the vast majority of people don't have VR. Devs working in VR would have had to already come to terms with that or they wouldn't have decided to make a VR game in the first place. They're willing to make a sacrifice and make a VR-exclusive game to improve the VR landscape and make buying a headset more enticing. It's not always about whether or not the game could work on a flat screen. It's worthy of respect to support VR to that extent and when you do get around to owning a headset, the game will still be here so there's nothing to worry about.
Given it's brutal cinematics with how you get killed, this would have become a cult classic.
