(Bug) The upgraded Shock Bolter and Charge abilities don't work properly if bound to mouse buttons

The Shock Bolter and Charge abilities have an upgrade that slows down time for a few seconds. If those abilities are bound to MB2/3 (the right/middle mouse buttons) while that upgrade is active, pressing MB2/3 does nothing. And if those abilities are bound to MB1 (left mouse button) while that upgrade is active, pressing MB1 does nothing, but pressing Shift activates the ability instead.

This only seems to be an issue when the slow-time upgrade is activated. Those abilities work fine with the mouse buttons without any upgrades.
